Can someone else pay for my reservation? Can I pay for someone else’s reservation?

Yes. If guests are booking on behalf of someone else, they must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing. We just require that a credit card authorization form be filled out prior to check-out, or the card be physically presented with an ID.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and need to change my reservation. How do I do this?

It is best to contact the third-party company that you made the reservation through. We are happy to assist as well, please contact reservations at 1 (888) 236-2427 with your confirmation number.

Can I check in early?

We’ll do our best to accommodate you – just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to check in. To guarantee an early check-in, a fee is required that varies depending on how early.

Can I get a late check-out?

We’ll do our very best to accommodate you – just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. There is a late departure fee of half your nightly rate to stay in the room until 5pm. Any later than 5pm requires the purchase of an additional night.

Is there a resort fee?

No, there is no resort fee.

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for types, breeds or size?

Yes, we allow furry friends! There are no restrictions.

Do you offer any pet supplies?

Your four-legged friends will be welcomed with an array of amenities, including dog dishes, treats, and cozy branded dog beds all upon request.

Do you have a pet fee?

For the well-being of your furry companions, we provide pet-friendly accommodations for a fee of $125 per pet per stay. What’s more, 25% of this charge will be donated to Muttville, a San Francisco-based adoption and foster agency renowned for its dedication to older dogs, making your stay even more meaningful and impactful.

Do you allow smoking on the property? In the rooms?
