Whether inside at Third Floor Lounge or outside in our new Third Floor Terrace. The Third Floor Terrace is a place for the neighborhood that locals will fall in love with. Featuring fire pits, a retractable pergola, windbreaks and a full bar, you sip your expertly hand-crafted cocktail or take a bite of our seasonal delights, realizing there’s nowhere else you would rather be. Chef Michael Magallanes, brings his experience and creativity to create an elevated yet playful dining experience, The Third Floor places an emphasis on the finest seasonal ingredients, sourced from local farmers, ranchers, and fisherman around the Bay Area. Whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner, eclectic menus feature traditional standards paired with unique flavors and presentations to create craveable dishes that are comforting and approachable while also being true showstoppers.

Creative Cocktails
A bespoke cocktail program at the Third Floor’s lounge bar relies on local, seasonal ingredients, and house-made juices, tinctures, and syrups. Adding to the social energy are cocktails for the table, an extensive wine list of domestic new world and international wines by the glass and bottle, a Coravin program of rotating reserve offerings from Europe and North America, and a thoughtful beer program featuring popular Northern California and local beers.

Tucked discreetly behind our 360-degree bar is our captivating hidden lounge. With dark leather walls and soft, ambient lighting, it’s a true haven for those in search of an exclusive hideaway. This cozy space comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests seated or 25 for standing cocktails.
Enjoy our inviting terrace featuring individual firepits and various party-size options. The entire area can comfortably seat up to 70 guests or host up to 90 for a lively cocktail reception.
Complete with plush banquettes and captivating color palettes, our cozy dining room offers semi-private dining for lunch or dinner for up to 72 guests for seated and buffet options.

- BREAKFAST: 7 am to 10:30 am (6 am-10:30 am on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
- LUNCH: 11:30 am to 2:30 pm
- BRUNCH: 9 am – 2:30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays
- LOUNGE MENU: 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm
- TEA SERVICE: 2 pm – 4 pm on Saturdays and Sundays
- DINNER: 4:30 pm to 10 pm (bar open until 11 pm)
