By The Namesake x The Jay Hotel Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Jay Hotel and By The Namesake, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM on April 1, 2025 and ends at 4:59 PM on April 8, 2025. All entries must be received by April 8, 2025 at 4:59 PM to be eligible.

3. How to Enter:
To enter, follow @TheJayHotel and @ByTheNamesake on Instagram, like the giveaway post, and tag a friend in the comments of the post. Each tag counts as an additional entry. Multiple entries are allowed through tagging different friends.

4. Prize Description:
The winner will receive:

  • A one-night stay at The Jay Hotel

  • A custom studded leather laptop pouch from By The Namesake

  • Two invites to the invite-only kickoff party on April 10, 2025, at The Jay Hotel

5. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified via Instagram Direct Message on the evening of April 8, 2025. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Restrictions:

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items.

  • The one-night stay at The Jay Hotel is subject to availability, and blackout dates apply; travel expenses are not included.

  • Party invites are non-transferable and do not include travel or accommodation.

7. General Conditions:
By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to comply with these terms and conditions. The Jay Hotel and By The Namesake reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions.

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their Instagram handle and any other provided information for the purpose of administering the giveaway and related promotional activities without additional compensation.
